Milestones



HI,
On this page I have combined two challenges.  The Colour Challenge at White with 1 for March “Crispy Lettuce”, and the 1st sketch on the month from “Sketches in Thyme”.
 
I have wanted to scrap these gorgeous photos of my Grandson for ages, and these challenges suited the photos perfectly.
 
I started by misting the background in bright green and then highlighting with a little bit of black, and I have used various shades of green in the layout.
 
The Sketch from “Sketches in Thyme” suited a multi photo layout, and I have even included their signature banner.
 
Hope you like my interpretation of the Challenges, thanks for looking.

    HOW I BECAME A VICTOR AFTER SO MANY FAILED ATTEMPT OF GETTING A LOAN.

    I feel so blessed and fulfilled. I've been reluctant in applying for a loan i heard about online because everything seems too good to be true, but i was convinced & shocked when my friend at my place of work got a loan from Progresive Loan INC. & we both confirmed it and i also went ahead to apply, today am a proud owner of my company and making money for my family and a happy mom.   Hi, The challenge at “Scrap the Boys” for February is “The Great Outdoors”, and the words explore, dream, discover as inspiration. The word prompts explore, dream, discover are at the heart of one of my favorited pass times, camping and traveling in our caravan. We just love to discover new places, explore this great country we live in and when we are home we are dreaming of our next adventure. With that in mind I just had to scrap this photo I took while we were Kayaking and fishing for “Red Claw” on a recent camping trip. I had lots of fun creating my mixed media background, layering tissue paper and book paper with gesso, then adding texture paste, and using a variety of stencils.
